Last night I had a dream in which Alice was present. It was connected to reality, in that we've been working to give away some of L's belongings that she no longer uses.
In my dream, we uncovered a doll house on which Alice had written some prose. I saw the writing and said "Don't throw that out!" Alice was standing over my shoulder, and thought it was a stupid idea. She couldn't understand my desire to hold on to whatever I can of her.
